My fav John Wick movie of all four so far!! Good My fav John Wick movie of all four so far!! Good morning guys... so last night I went to a screening for John Wick: Chapter 4 and absolutely loved it! Was a little hesitant when they said it was a 3-hour movie but honestly it was worth every minute with some of the best fight scenes/choreography I've ever seen! Also some of the most creative as well. Literally so many new things that I've never seen done before. Don't want to give any spoilers but there's one sequence towards the end that features epic weaponry! The camerawork was fantastic too. And no expense was spared on set design and filming locations! Loved all of the Asian culture influence. Definitely exciting to watch as a fan of the John Wick series. Keanu delivers on this one but it is some of his co-stars who steal the show. Donnie Yen as a blind Caine performs incredible fight sequences, Shamier Anderson as a tracker with the fan fav canine, and Scott Adkins as a crime boss in a fat suit with gold teeth. The entire audience was cracking up during the scene with Adkins. And of course must say RIP to Lance Reddick who we see as a familiar film to the franchise as Charon. The characters are well developed and their motivations believable. Honestly I could go on and on but I will just say go see it this weekend! If you like non-stop action, adrenaline, and excitement then this is definitely the film for you! Wow! That’s all I have to say about the new @cre Wow! That’s all I have to say about the new @creedmovie! @michaelbjordan & crew did an incredible job building out the back story of Adonis Creed for this one while also building out the present with a full storyline that includes his daughter Amara (Mila Davis-Kent), his wife Bianca (@tessamaethompson) & mother (@phyliciarashad). Love the cast & fantastic acting job by all especially with incorporating ASL in as Amara is deaf. I also liked that there was a Latino fighter Felix (Teófimo López) featured in this installment as they play an integral on the boxing scene. And let’s just talk about the music. Having lived in LA for eight years I thought that the music was super on point! Definitely some great west coast flava and some solid tunes for sure! And watching them fight at iconic LA venues was also enjoyable. Overall I thought this was definitely the best of all three Creed films and was the most developed with regards to storytelling. I thoroughly enjoyed watching it here in HTown with this audience!
